A dedicated workspace is one where you get an office space to seat between 35 to 100 employees. The office space would be customized to your specifications and have dedicated office space with access control. Your organization can use the shared reception area, conference room, and
restrooms. A basic dedicated space doesn’t include housekeeping and pantry management facilities. The office holders will also need to pay for electricity and internet.
The minimum agreement period for Aspire, Imperio and Advantage workspaces is 12 months.
